VPHS Soccer

Well, yesterday I played with the VPHS varsity (A) team with some of my friends for a summer league. I guess the coaches were seeing how we would work with the other players. I'm not sure if I did well, but I did get to play for most of the game. The coach put me in during the middle of the first half and then I played for the rest of the game. At first, I was playing right fullback and then he switched me to left fullback for the second half. It was a lot of fun and I hope I get to continue to play with the varsities! BTW, we lost. :(

    cool.. i tried out for my soccer team but didn't make it... sad really sad, tho they are only picking like two thirds of the full team, so there will be another try out in september, and hopefully i make it them. goodluck!
    I think maybe that they didn't put me on the team because my knee was bad, they kept on asking me about it, and other think so too.. RIght now i am doing cross country..

What an eventful year for me. First, I had a concussion after a stupid high school soccer game. Then, I gave myself a third degree burn while cooking sausages, so I had to have a skin graft on my foot. And, of course, I had to go and tear my ACL and meniscus, leading to yet another costly surgery. But hey! I'm still living it up! (P.S. That's me on the far left in the pic, proudly standin with my adorbs cousin and sister!)
